Compete Effectively with Pricing Controls
Pricing and guideline customization helps you define the investors, programs and margins that will be available to your end-users, and contour the pricing output you wish to display to your originators. Get greater control for managing better execution on locks.
- Multi-level pricing customization includes standard Investor assignment and margins that help you manage profitability, and advanced margins that allow management at a more granular level of loan detail. Settings can be defined for a branch, group of branches, or at the company level. And, margin adjustments for price, rates or fees can be set by individual investor, product or financing type.
- Investor and Program Management allows you to alias investors, receive automatic notification when new programs are added, and either manually or automatically add them for your users, helping you control visibility of available programs.
- Investor controls enable you to exclude investors from the re-pricing of a lock to address changing conditions related to the use or applicability of a particular investor. You can also restrict re-pricing to a particular investor and program in support of loan registration for processing and underwriting.
- Register/Reject settings allow Secondary Managers to set limitations on the Originator's ability to re-price when a loan file is rejected. Settings can limit re-price to specific investors/programs, or exclude certain investors from being re-priced.
- Custom guidelines provide tighter management of criteria for eligibility that may better align with your organizations risk profile. These guidelines will replace the files already attached to those investors by NYLX, and your originators can view or print them using their LoanDecisions access.
- Lock extension management provides flexibility to control extension settings by investor and time period.
Strong pricing controls can enable you to compete more effectively in different markets and optimize profitability across all delivery options and channels!
