Alicia de Armas | Vice President of Client Relations
As Vice President of Client Relations, Alicia de Armas is responsible for managing the overall resources of the Account Management and Customer Service Departments with the purpose of maintaining effective customer relations throughout the customers lifecycle.
With over 14 years of mortgage banking experience, Alicia came to NYLX from 1st Republic Mortgage Bankers where she served as Vice President of Operations. She has worked in all facets of the mortgage banking industry including Capital and Secondary markets for American Home Mortgage and also as AVP of Underwriting for Global Home Loans and Finance.
